Question: How long does it take to receive order?
Standard orders don't take any longer than three weeks to arrive. They often arrive sooner. Plan on three weeks in busy months.
Question: How long does it take to ship an order?
It takes three to five business days to ship an order depending on available materials. We send out email notices when the order is shipped.
Question: How are orders shipped?
We ship using priority mail. We package each pew individually to prevent fluffing.
Question: Which payment methods do you accept?
We currently accept visa, mastercard, discover, paypal and mail orders.
Question: What is your return policy?
We do not accept returns. You may purchase shipping insurance to guard against damages.
Question: Can I remove the flower from the bow?
You may request any of our pew bows without the silk flower.
